    • Weekly coaching calls with emphasis on targeted assignments
    • Monthly focus on one of the Six Activations for Greater Health & Wellbeing
    • Introduction of Questionnaires & Self-Report Measures
    • Identification and application of personal strengths toward each of the Six Activations
    • Exploration of challenges & obstacles, as well as advancements toward goals
    • Development of daily/weekly/monthly measurable steps toward achieving progress within each of the Six Activations
       
  • One Year Dig in - Long-Term Maintenance
    • Weekly facilitated group calls with other highly motivated six month graduates
    • Peer support, input, and cross-fertilization with other course-connected graduates
    • Creation of a personal wellbeing vision statement, symbol/ logo and/or motto, and an inspired action plan for implementing in key areas of one’s life
    • Optional upgrade: Ongoing weekly individual sessions with Mary
